What is Blood Flow Restriction?

Blood Flow Restriction training is the brief occlusion of blood flow during exercise. This method allows you to use significantly less weight while strength training to achieve muscle and strength gain.
This is an ideal option for older adults to exercise safely, for patients post surgery, as well as athletes to improve recovery.
