Optimize Arthritis

What is osteoarthritis?

Osteoarthritis, or the wearing down of joint cartilage, commonly occurs in the hip and knee joints, causing loss of mobility and function. Often patients with osteoarthritis are prescribed rest, injections, and even surgery.

How do we treat osteoarthritis?

At Optimize Physiotherapy we strongly believe in our patient-centred approach of addressing each individual’s mobility restrictions, movement strategies, muscle imbalances, and strength deficiencies.
All of our patients start out at different levels, but all of them improve and achieve better mobility and movement. Our goal is to get you back to the activities that matter to you the most!
